I'm well aware of the process, I went through it. I'm telling you Europeans need H1b as much as Indians or Chinese do in order to work in US.
- calvinbhai 10y agosure. But the workaround (Filing GC under OPT) works only for those who are not Indians or Chinese. I dont understand why people (who are not Indian or chinese) cannot spare 2 years to get a masters degree and take this step, instead of risking H1b lottery and take the long winded road to work in US.
