I wonder what India would be like - not as high wages, but the most expensive apartments in bangalore are like $700 a month.
- handzhiev 10y agoI also hoped to see other location than London and Paris as well. Asia, East Europe etc.
- geodel 10y agoIn first world rents are around 7-8% annually of the price of property. In India it is just ~2% pa. I think there is already high pressure on IT salaries in India so there would not be much upward trend there.
