Seems like a fair question. Dogs seem very versatile. Dogs are apparently like neonatal wolves, can we breed neonatal humans?

- Asooka 10y agoHumans are neonatal humans. But also we cross-breed a lot. The exception would be certain royal families in centuries past and we all know how that ended up. Human races are a result of a process similar to dog breeds, but the differentiation is nowhere near the same.
- richmarr 10y agoWhat do you mean by neonatal in this instance? My use of that word would be 'relating to newborn babies'... so "can we breed neonatal humans" seems to imply a different usage?
- upvotinglurker 10y agoI think the word intended is "neotenous" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neoteny https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neoteny
