Because of my prior knowledge on how the subconscious works to solve problems, I had a feeling that I understood that part of the course better than most people, but maybe not. I do wish though that they would really highlight just how much work the brain can do on its own if you prime it a little with information on a daily basis. Same goes for sustained aerobic exercise which creates new neurons that can be recruited to remember new things.
