Why should the motivation matter?
- ihsw 10y agoI'm implying that it serves no constructive purpose other than pandering to bleeding-heart liberals, and that if it didn't appeal to them then Twitter HR and PR teams wouldn't think twice about "diversity."
- ryanjodonnell 10y agoAt the end of the day, I just want to work with the best people for the job. Evidence has shown that without a commitment to diversity, some of the best people can be overlooked or passed over during the interview process, and some evidence shows that diverse teams in fact outperform non-diverse teams.
