I bought this book a few months ago, it's been sitting on my shelf because of its intimidating size (plus the fact that I have a few other books I want to work through) but this review has definitely bumped it up my reading list.

10 years in my case. And it isn't the size that intimidates, its the fact that yo have to be fully awake mentally to process the ideas. Never made it past chapter 3. Does anybody know of an annotated version?
