We believe the reason why so few people turn around and stay long enough to look behind them is due to stylistic choices made my filmmakers. Most videos orient users at 0° along the y-axis and keep the action focused there throughout the video
Or they were sitting down?
- mdchaudhari 10y agoAbsolutely this can be a contributing factor. Something we are interested in exploring in the future is "how" people are watching these videos. Are they sitting down, lying down on a bed, turning around in a swivel chair, etc. However, we did notice that the majority of videos with lots of action tend to center their content at 0 degrees.
