This sounds completely illegal. The tips should go to the driver, not in lieu of guaranteed income. That sounds like a class-action suit waiting to happen.

- LoonyBalloony 10y agoI think you sign your rights away when you sign the contract. I'm not a lawyer, people a hell of a lot smarter then me made up those contracts.
