This is just speculation on my part but I wonder if he overstressed his system by being such a ‘beast’ prior to getting sick. The photo of him doing a football drill does not look so healthy to me. His body looks over-developed. I don't mean any disrespect by this comment. Clearly he is an extraordinary individual.
