Yes but I think things have gotten a lot better under Alain Bellemare. Obviously they aren't hitting all their delivery targets, and that's worrying, but what struck me is that Bellemare said shortly after he took over the company was only a few weeks from bankruptcy. It seems he has managed to put them somewhat back on track, TTC deliveries aside of course...
