Let's be straight.... Acquiring a company with 110K people is not creating 110K jobs. Those people had jobs before you absorbed them into your company.

    If Company A (40 people) buys Company B (20 people) to become Company C with 60 people, Company B doesn't continue to operate and suddenly need to hire 20 people.

      And company A may lay off 5 people because now they are redundant.
