Does this say Amazon grew by just over 17%, close to 1/2 of that growth came from previously Microsoft employees, and about 3% of Amazon's workforce moved to Google? I'm obviously not your target audience but to be honest I'm not sure how to read your graph. It seems like a prime candidate for some interactivity too, if I hover a chord between two employers you should highlight those employers. Also is this only tech sector employees? I find it hard to believe anywhere near 1/2 of Amazon's employee growth is in that sector, I'd expect warehouses etc. are growing much faster?
