I have had very few functionality issues. The main problem is the decision to self upgrade, constantly, without so much as an alert anytime you restart the machine. The dual control panels and ads are also really annoying and I can't imagine what a pain it would be for a laptop or tablet with more limited screen real estate. So a good OS, great by M$ standards, with some annoying "features" baked in.
