You can't bring about the change you want by disengaging from the system.
- dreamcompiler 10y agoIf I had my career to live over, this is the most commonly-repeated "advice" I'd ignore. In my experience, it's damn near impossible to bring about change while remaining in a system, if that system is toxically dysfunctional to begin with.
