- computerex 10y agoThe VIM emulation plugin actually works reasonably well.
- vgy7ujm 10y agoI know but it's not Vim.. I have been using VScode for the past 6 months and it was a relief to get back to Vim. Productivity skyrocketed since I am not constantly trying new plugins, wrestling with not knowing the IDE well enough, hard wired Vim/terminal brain etc. And just small stuff that is not working or works another way quickly gets very annoying. I use more than basic editing.
- vgy7ujm 10y agoI'm probably going to try VScode again but it was not there yet for me. Also please bring in full Perl support please!

- Lio 10y agoThe same is true for Neovim (and Vim 8?) in the terminal too.
