I'm sure theres a hack but this is not possible in Windows 10 home.
- Filligree 10y agoAnd a good thing, too. I'm tired of fighting botnets.
- jimmaswell 10y agoAre you sure it doesn't let you just turn the service off in services.msc? I can't find any references online to the Home edition having that behavior.
- boznz 10y agoLove to be corrected on this, but everything I have seen involves a registry hack
