This is a cool service. I always struggled with GlassDoor because I felt it didn't provide great transparency into how my career would progress. Like, the biggest indicator at Amazon of how you would start and where you could go was what degree you got and the cohort you were in. I imagine this analysis being super impactful for more-specific degrees.
I'm curious to see how this translates for the BA/non-professional degree crowd though.

We figured that being able to filter by educational background helps both create better apples to apples comparisons and also allows for career exploration based on your background in addition to just showing compensation.
