So I changed strategy and started looking for an existing side project that was bringing in at least some revenue (to prove customer and market validation). I found one such gem and bought it (thanks to some savings I had) Since then, I have not looked back and now finally trying to actually work on my own new project that I am building from scratch. I am a lot wiser now so I know what to focus on :)
