Oversupply, or in other words lack of demand for labour. Approximately everybody needs a job.
- randomdata 10y agoSurprisingly, in the US, the number of vacant jobs is almost equal to the number who are unemployed. Virtually everyone could have a job. However, people are attracted to certain kinds of jobs, so you get long lineups for them, necessitating the need to cull applicants, and nobody lining up for others, which is where employers cannot be picky.
