Or it is the result of an amateurish group in power, which seem not to understand the consequences of their actions.
- cookiecaper 10y agoAs the administration itself implements and interprets its own policies (at least until judicial intervention corrects that interpretation), thus creating the consequences of enforcement, that doesn't seem likely.
- derenrich 10y agoThe administration wrote the policy then the DHS interpreted it. Then the administration overruled that interpretation. And then about a day later the administration changed its mind. It's almost as if they should've thought about this proposal for another 48 hours before signing it.
