As another New Zealander, I could say the same but replacing "Indian and Chinese" with "Maori and Samoan". I still respect that their right to live there is no less than mine.
- philliphaydon 10y agoOutside of Auckland it's less like that tho. My family lives in dargaville and have Maori and islander Neighbours who are Super Friendly and helpful. My parents love them.
- neeleshs 10y agoAren't Maori native to NZ? If anything the assimilation by this definition should be the other way round. I'm all for assimilation, btw
- philliphaydon 10y agoI Guess you have to live in NZ to really understand. In Auckland, a lot of Maoris treat everyone like crap. Outside of Auckland they are Super nice people.
