It was only a matter of time until fast food chains did this. I'm more shocked that they didn't do it sooner. Ordering in any language, with zero human interaction, I think society is not only primed for it, but in a weird sort of way, looking forward to it. Give it ten years and companies will starting using the fact that they employ actual people as a selling point. "Stop ordering from machines, and enjoy dinner with a real human being." Until they too are replaced by AI humanoids.....
