I don't think so. I our circles, we think 'Go' is a thing, but in most of the world, it's not.
Rust, Go, these are all popular with new companies.
Enterprises are so often .Net/Java + Oracle etc..
It's a big world of hospitals, large companies, government agencies etc..
- geodel 10y agoYes, enterprise apps are not yet there. But lot of infra-like software would have been written in Java if Go were not there. There is growing awareness of Go at big enterprises such as where I work. It will start with sucking oxygen for new projects which would be by default in Java.
