Hi, what are you using to convert the pdfs to csv? I was looking at http://indiabudget.nic.in/ http://indiabudget.nic.in/ just today, and most of the data sets are in PDF. (Especially for the older years). What tooling are you using to get them to machine readable format?

You can access most of the Union Budget Documents in CSV here: https://openbudgetsindia.org/organization/about/union-budget https://openbudgetsindia.org/organization/about/union-budget. We have developed our own tech-stack based on computer vision and Tabula to convert PDFs to CSVs, take a peek here: https://github.com/cbgaindia/parsers https://github.com/cbgaindia/parsers
