- riffic 10y agoThis is a good way to get a CS rep to stop being interested in helping you and instead refer you directly to legal@ I'd never threaten a suit unless you intend to file right then and there.
- AznHisoka 10y agoactually I had a serious issue with my COBRA administrator (health insurance) and threatening to sue was the only wat they escalated my issue and fixed it for me promptly.
