Other than using [tmate](https://tmate.io/ https://tmate.io/), I use some aliases:

github-unpair (https://github.com/chilicuil/shundle-plugins/blob/master/aliazator/aliases/extra/curl.aliases#L5 https://github.com/chilicuil/shundle-plugins/blob/master/ali...)
Those add / remove keys from github to ~/.ssh/authorized_keys
