- calibraxis 10y agoYes, or they legalize it (so you pay fees for expedited passports, people get frequently fined, when corporations commit fraud they give just a cut to the government as a "fine", etc).
- pavlov 10y agoThe study is annually made by Transparency International, a non-governmental organization.
- coldtea 10y agoMost "governmental organizations" of the kind are sponsored by governments.
