I do agree with the write-it-down bit because it is important for the career planning for the future and to learn from past mistakes. But this info is for your private files. Not shared with anyone and definitely not on the web. Everyone wants to believe that they have some secret insight. (Look at everyone telling Tim Cook how to run Apple) Chances are the "insight" isn't that insightful - it probably is wrong in either assumptions or conclusions.
