Assuming that the your exit date has been on the table, internal changes with your former (Their effectively former the moment you say your leaving wether they officially are or not) employer should have no bering. It's goo that you're thinking about the guys you work with, but you're already, or at least should be, out the door in their minds. If the people you're working with don't get that and think you are "screwing" them or such, they probably aren't the kind of people you want on your friends list anyhow. Now, having said that, do your best to answer any technical or operational questions that your co-workers need help with. Within reason, of course.
