My level of stress at the moment is around 50%, just because I have resigned a couple of days ago. In the last 3/4 months the level of stress was 100%: a lot of overtime, a lot of nightly works and on duty calls. Furthermore my manager is part-time (the only case in my whole careeer) and it's under big pressure; the company is in the middle of a big reorganization and there is a lot of politic wars.
