This is what's got me thinking of quitting. I can handle choosing my settings up front. But every time I turn around, they're sharing something new about me with the web. Besides the violation of trust, it's a hassle - I don't want to log on every day and check my freaking settings, trying to re-hide information that's already been leaked to the search engines and cached. Facebook these days seems less like a friend and more like someone who will mug you as soon as you turn your back. I'm tired of dealing with it.
