- kalleboo 10y agoWhat is their business? It's a free app. Have they licensed the technology to anyone?
- edwinjm 10y agoFrom their website: "f.lux is patent pending". So when they get their patent, they can sell licenses.

- dan1234 10y agoConsidering they’ve both implemented it, I’d guess Apple & Google have either already licensed the tech or decided the patent application has no merit.
