I've recently been on a Laibach tip that has led to an analysis by Zizek[0] that I feel is especially relevant.
To paraphrase: that Shkreli is using "the system" in its most absurd/brutal/greedy/evil capacity in order to highlight the absurdity/brutality/greed/evil inherent in the system.
