We did, up until my son accidentally chucked the Wii remote into it :(. Ours was an LG set with passive 3D. It was great for the kids' animated movies. I didn't really find any non-animated movies for it. By the time we had to replace the set (last year), the number of movies being released without a 3D version was increasing, so I saw the writing on the wall and opted for a cheaper set without 3D.
