We wouldn't probably have this discussion if coders are paid as much as managers.
- A_Crazy_Idea 10y agoManaging coders is easy because you can always blame them for failures.
- flukus 10y agoIt's not just the pay but the org chart. Managers can over ride coders on technical issues.
- throwanem 10y agoThe same managers who have no idea why their best performers regularly quit out from under them.
