I've seen this in other fields too. The ones who managed to get by in school by cheating rarely ever revert back to hard work.
The supply/demand inbalance in tech just makes this much more common.
- ryandvm 10y agoWhy should they ever stop? The sad reality is that cheating and fucking people over is exactly what most management structures incentive. Hell, it can get you all the way to the Presidency if you're shameless enough...
