  This was true for me up until about a month ago, when I started getting unskippable 1-5min ads before and during YT videos. Talked to a few people recently having similar experience. Seems to be based on user profile; incognito + ublock completely blocks them, not incognito and regardless of blocker settings, the ads leak through
