People that have too much time on their hands (in other words, people with money) tend to complain the loudest.
- mwfunk 10y agoIn this case it's the people with less money doing the complaining, if I read that correctly. The rural conservatives who are subsidized by taxes on urban areas complain that they are the ones who are getting screwed. That's red states vs. blue states in a nutshell, so it wouldn't be surprising to see the same pattern on a smaller scale between NYC and upstate NY.
