Duh. We wanted to pay for Trello, we tried paying for Trello, we even explicitly asked how can we give you money, but the only option was to get stickers and smileys as premium pro features. So $4m sounds not a bit surprising.

  In the end we did, but it was ultimately a donation, because none of paid features was useful in our case.

Seriously? The only way to give money is to be forced to have features you don't need or want. If that's true, that's pretty terrible.
