Most comments here are like not reporting HTTPS certificate problems/MITM leakage with arguing that it's better to have HTTPS than not. I wonder what people here would say if browsers would act with certificates the way WhatsApp handles key renewal. We even discuss certificate pinning etc. in the web space.
