Ask HN: Any real Paypal alternatives? With Mass-pay?

I'm building a twitter advertising app that needs mass pay built into it so that i can avoid having to manually send out payments to vendors. Out of the blue paypal closes my account (after a random account review). So now i'm looking for a real alternative. I'm amazed by how little choice there is out there. :)
