Yes, and especially for tools like PostgreSQL which uses features of the Linux filesystems which Docker simply didn't implement or implemented in a buggy way. My only solution was to use data volumes for PGSQL mounts, which at least provide native ext4 experience and compatibility but then you loose the directory sharing part.
