I havent tried the app so I'm not entirely familiar with how it works, but surely right clicking on the folder and coping will copy a link to that folder. If however, you right click on one of the files within that folder and select 'copy url' then it will copy the url that points directly to that file. It sounds like it should be fairly simple to design.
