  > If you’re from India, it’s important to learn English, but it’s not critical. You can get by on Hindi- you can’t get by on Hungarian or Romanian. I don't think that's true at all. You need to learn English to understand programming manuals, teachers, and reference guides. Effective communication is not required but understanding of the English language is a must.
