Easy Structure to Run Elasticsearch on MongoDB, Firebase and HyperLedger?

What would be the easiest way to structure a library to run Elasticsearch across MongoDB, Firebase and HyperLedger blockchain? Each store uses similar data structures but require seperate libraries which effectively more than triples the work due to complexity, with the output still being a search result.
