This is a true travesty. This should have been caught by anyone involved with the project as wrong -- even if it was legal. I am hoping that this sets a strong legal precedent against this kind of behavior. (The best thing to do is clearly: get drunk, steal their identity, order obscene material, and then if you have time confront them)
