What's the better option to motivate employees then? Profit-sharing rather than equity?
- fullshark 10y agoThis seems to remain the best way to motivate employees from the founders' eyes. Everyone loves the idea of striking it rich, especially young workers just out of college, even if it's unlikely to happen.
- st3v3r 10y agoI guess the question is, do you want to motivate, or do you actually want to reward? Cause equity seems pretty good for motivating without having to actually pay out.
