The biggest mistake of any open office is putting tech people in the same room as sales, or in my case: tech people in the same room as support (phones). Way to go management.
- throwanem 10y agoI thought the same, but it could be worse. My team sits alongside one of the organization's helpdesks, and they're a hell of a lot less noisy than the open-plan web dev agency guys in the next suite over.
