I've been wondering how much fear over privacy issues the normal Facebook user has. My guess is that most Facebook users aren't aware of, or perhaps not interested in, the privacy issues that discussed by people like the ones here at HN. I don't think the average person will care unless there is some widely publicized abuse of private information by Facebook. Until then, everyone probably will just see these issues as hypothetical.
