Why Brave does not enable DNT by default?

  With it being off for so many others (including Edge), it would be a means by which Brave users could be fingerprinted. Not to mention, it isn't really effective. Brave prevents tracking not by polite request, but by forcefully ripping it out of the user's session ;)
